Non Swedish visitors

To all non Swedish visitors. The calculation i make is from south Swedish facts.
Generally the price of electric power is higher in most EU countries. The price of electric power i use as a base is 1,2kr/kwh, thats about 12eurocent/kwh.
When i calculate home insulation i calculate dimensional 20C differences for the heating period. That is normal for southern coastal part of Sweden (where i live). For countries like Brittan, northern Germany and Northern USA this number is closer to 15C differences. With the increased power cost the optimum point is about the same in most temperate countries.

For colder regions like nothern canada, Norway, Finnland and nothern sweden the dimentional temperature is 25-30C diffrences. Just add 20-35% depending on your dimentional temerature.

The dimentional temperatur is the indoor teperature minus the avrage winter temperature for the coldest 5 month.
